The master of the restaurant was born in a house with a fish store in Kanazawa and he trained traditional Japanese food at a long-established restaurant. He buys fresh seafood caught in Japan sea at a market everyday and serves them with local herbs and vegetables, but the price is reasonable. His wife is from Shinshu, Nagano, and she likes to eat, drink and talk. You can enjoy the food and talking.

If you order Kaiseki, you can have a glass of homemade plum wine or a local dish for free.
