Our ramen is a “chuka soba” that has been made by adapting “dashi cuisine” to the tastes of modern people with a rich appetite. We use an abundance of carefully selected fresh ingredients such as local vegetables, kelp, pork, and whole chicken, and finish it off with tuna flakes from Makurazaki, to create an original, rich, flavorful soup.
