This is a local restaurant in Azumino, Shinshu. We value the flavors of the season, and our concept is to prepare homemade dishes such as wild vegetables in spring. The Shinshu specialty horse sashimi, horse offal, is especially delicious. Also, please try our famous soup and Chinese noodles. It is a 3 minute walk from our hotel.
